We offer unique systems – easy to install and assemble thanks to specially developed SCR KAT modules from 100 KW – 2000 KW.
We give our customers a guarantee of up to 16,000 operating hours for our modules and KAT inserts.
We supply the complete system including 1000-, 2000-, 3000- or 5000-liter Ad Blue Tank.
The installation costs of our SCR system can be realized for less than 10,000 € (depending on the system manufacturer and installation situation of the system).
This is an important point when it comes to SCR systems.

The service life guarantee of the catalytic converters is also crucial.

Experience has shown that our system is up to 35% cheaper than the current market for installation and hardware (with the exception of CHP units from Elektro Hagl; these can be purchased directly from Elektro Hagl).

No data from the biogas engine required
The system complies with the 44th BImSchV.
The 44th BImSchV is aimed at operators with combustion plants and/or combustion engine plants with a thermal input of more than 1 MW that are operated with biogas or natural gas and release emissions into the air.
Operators of biogas plants must always be concerned about the emissions they produce.
When a combustion engine is running, it always produces nitrogen oxides, more precisely nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
It is our common duty to reduce the nitrogen dioxide emissions caused by combustion plants.
This can be achieved easily and cost-effectively with our innovative SCR catalytic converter.

We have made provisions and currently have approx. 50 systems ready for delivery.
All other engine manufacturers such as Liebherr and Jenbacher are available on request at any time (prices for installation differ from MAN series).
