HT-100DB - Stanadyne D Pump Integrated Actuator

The 100 series actuators are designed for direct mounting into the STANADYNE “D” series injection pumps. These HT-100DB electric actuators create a high performance fuel injection system. The installation does not require any additional attachments or connecting rods. When the power supply is interrupted, the actuator also acts as a fuel shut-off.

HT-103 - Delphi Pump Integrated Actuator

The designation of the 103 series comprises the proven, proportional-acting actuators for integral mounting on the DELPHI DPB/DP2100 injection pumps. The mounting does not require any additional parts. In de-energised state, the 103 series actuators also function as fuel cut-off. This is made possible by an internal actuator return spring which moves the pump fuel metering valve to zero position when the power supply is interrupted.

HT-TM220075-E4 - Universal Rotary Actuator

The HT-TM220075-E4 is an actuator with integrated fuel valve for CUMMINS engines with PT fuel system. By feeding signals from a speed control unit, it can control fuel quantities up to 770 litres/hour.

The complete system encapsulation ensures high reliability.

HT-TM2200-180 - Deutz 1013/2012 Pump Mounted Actuator

The integral actuators of the HT-180 series were developed for direct mounting on DEUTZ 1013/2012 and VOLVO 520/720 engines. The existing mechanical governor is removed and replaced by the HT-180 actuator without any problems.

The HT-180 actuator is of very robust design.

The electromechanical actuator technology of HUEGLI TECH gives proportional displacement according to the coil current.

HT-225 - Universal Rotary Actuator

The 225 Series electric actuator is an electromechanical rotary armature adjuster with linear, proportional characteristics. It is particularly suitable for precise control of the fuel quantity. An internal spring ensures safe shutdown when the power supply is switched off. This design results in fast reaction time, large adjustment angle and high reliability. The faster reaction time compared to other products results in much better dynamic running precision. The range of applications includes injection pumps with or without mechanical governors, rotary injection pumps and medium-sized gas engines. The adjustment angle of 25° allows very versatile applications.

HT-275 - Integrated Pump Mounted Electric Actuator

The 275 series actuators fit exactly to the BOSCH injection pumps type “P” and “RP2”, in place of the mechanical governor. The 275 actuator on the injection pump creates a high performance fuel control system without external rods. An external lever on the actuator allows the control to be overridden at any time. The actuator also contains an internal limitation of the maximum injection quantity.

HT-175 - Integral Electric Actuator for Diesel Pumps

The HT-175 electrical actuator allows direct mounting on in-line injection pumps, as a replacement for the existing mechanical governor. The actuator has an internal setting of the maximum fuel quantity.

The HT-175 can control up to 8 cylinder injection pumps. It contains two separate chambers isolated from each other. The upper chamber with the control rod moving parts contains some lubricating oil, the lower chamber contains the electromechanical part.

HT-FLR Series - Integral Actuators

The integral actuators of the HT-FLR-190 series were developed for direct mounting on smaller diesel engines. No external rods or brackets are required for mounting. When de-energised, the HT-FLR-190 actuators also act as an engine shutdown, which is made possible by the internal spring-loaded control.

By mounting the HT-FLR-190 actuator the existing mechanical controller is not switched off. By increasing its speed by 200-300 rpm above the desired nominal speed of the electronic governor, the mechanical governor then acts as overspeed safety protection.

The construction of the HT-FLR-190 electromechanical governor is based on the well-proven proportional control technology.
